Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to Ryan's Creations. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our graphic design and print services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Services Ryan's Creations provides graphic design and print services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, marketing materials, and custom printing. All services are subject to availability and approval.

3. Quotes and Payments

  • All quotes provided are valid for 30 days.

  • A deposit of 20% is required before work commences.

  • Full payment must be made before final files or printed materials are delivered.

4. Revisions and Approvals

  • Clients are entitled to 10 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Final approval must be provided by the client before production. Any errors noticed post-approval are the client’s responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ryan's Creations retains ownership of preliminary design concepts and reserves the right to use final designs for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

  • Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights for the final approved design.

6. Printing Services

  • Clients must review and approve digital proofs before printing.

  • We are not responsible for errors in printed materials that were approved by the client.

  • Turnaround times are estimates and subject to change.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made before work begins are eligible for a full refund.

  • Once work has started, refunds are issued at our discretion based on the completed work.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses arising from the use of our designs or prints.

  • We do not guarantee exact color matches due to differences in monitor and printer calibration.

9. Confidentiality

  • We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose any project details without permission.

10. Amendments We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
